Any turnkey connections services that are requested and carried out by SP Energy Networks on behalf of the customer are described as “licensed connections”.
Some projects are delivered under contract to SP Energy Networks, however in these circumstances the contractual relationship always remains between SP Energy Networks and the customer requesting the service.
A fixed price quotation will be provided for all licensed connections project, valid for 90 days.
The work will be delivered to ScottishPower’s standards of service and will be subject to Guaranteed Standards where appropriate.
Examples of licensed connection services are:
1. New Supplies
2. Service Upgrades
3. Service Alterations to point of Supply
4. Connection of new Embedded Generation up to 11kv
