Disconnections

If you would like us to disconnect your electricity supply we’re here to help, however, in order for a connection to be removed, you (the property owner or authorised agent) will need to contact your Electricity Supplier (details of which can be found on your Electricity Bill) to let them know about the disconnection, the information below provides guidance on our process:

Quotation

Prior to providing you with a formal quotation offer we will require the following information:

  • Your name, correspondence address and other contact details
  • The site address and postcode
  • A site location plan highlighting the location of the services to be disconnected
  • The relevant Metering Point Access Number (MPAN)- This can be found on your electricity bill
  • Any other information that you consider to be relevant to allow an accurate quotation to be issued

Our formal quotations are valid for a period of 3 calendar months from the date of issue.

Timescales

Each project requires a different level of design work; following discussions between you and our design team a quotation will be issued as soon as possible.

Your Electricity Supplier is responsible for the removal of your meter.

We will contact you within 7 days following receipt of your signed acceptance and relevant payment; we will endeavour to start your works within 8 weeks. These timescales may be extended depending on the scope of works, which will be discussed with you if this is the case.

We are committed to delivering your project on time and would ask you to consider the above timescales when planning your project.

Guaranteed Standards

Metering

If your requirement is for the disconnection and removal of your meter only, please contact your Electricity Supplier, details of which can be found on your Electricity Bill.
